Soft cupping and very smooth, makes for a velvety finish. Soft cupping means it’s soft on the tongue, no edge or sharpness. It’s great roasted dark, to a French or espresso shade. I already offer the Brazilian coffee in a light and espresso roast. Now I am roasting a Brazilian French. Flavorful and smooth as French roasts go.
