Custom Blends - Custom Blending has always been a tradition here. We are happy to create any blend you like using any of our coffees.
If you are ordering by phone simply tell us how you like your coffee and we can blend something up for you. We keep a record of your previous blends so you can reorder them or change them as you like.
If you are ordering a blend through our website, add to your shopping cart all of the individual items that your blend will consist of, then notate in the Special Fulfillment Instructions box at the checkout screen what items should be blended. (for instance if you would like a 3 lb. blend consisting of 1/3 Kenya AA and 2/3 Sumatra Mandeling you would add to your cart 1lb. of Kenya AA and 2lbs. of Sumatra Mandeling then notate in the Special Fulfillment Instructions box that you would like the Kenya and Sumatra to blended for a 3 lb. custom blend.)

Gifts - It's easy to send out a gift from our website. Once you have selected the items you would like to send proceed to the check out and note the order is a gift in the field labeled Is this a Gift?. Enter your billing address and the recipient's shipping address and we will send the order out with no invoice. If you would like a gift note to go with the order include the note in the Is this a Gift? field and the recipient will recieve a handwritten gift note with the order. Please remember, without a gift note your order will be sent without any documentation.

Special Shipping Instructions - What if you need your package to be delivered to the back porch, or if you would prefer the order to be shipped a week from now? Place all these special request in the Special Fulfillment Instructions box located on the shopping cart page when you check out. We will take care of the rest.
